Celina Jaitly is an Indian film actress and model, who was born in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India on 24 November 1981. Her father is V.K. Jaitly and mother Meeta Jaitly, who was a nurse in the Indian Army. She has a brother Vikrant Jaitly, who in the Indian Army. She completed her schooling from City Montessori School, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and then she went to St. Joseph’s College.
Jaitly has been in a relationship with Austrian entrepreneur Peter Haag and the couple tied the knot on 23 July 2011. They have twin sons Winston Haag and Viraaj Haag, born in 2012.
Celina is well known for won the Miss India title in 2001, and she also 4th runner-up at Miss Universe 2001. She made debut her acting career with Jessica Pereira’s role in the film Janasheen in 2003. She also appeared in Telugu and Kannada films, and she played Madhulatha’s role in her first Telugu film Suryam in 2004. Celina played Sonia’s role in her debut Kannada film Shrimathi in 2011. She is also famous for Sanjana Saxena’s role in the film No Entry in 2005 and she also appeared as Meera’s role in the film Golmaal Returns in 2008.
